YES! The Edmonton Freezeway will Return For a Second Winter

The hugely popular Edmonton Freezeway will return for another frosty ‘Bertan winter – and might just come back bigger and better!  The city is debating on expansions for the 400-metre pilot trail that opened last year in Victoria Park.

The Freezeway  was set in the park’s majestic, frost laced-trees and was illuminated with multi-coloured lanterns, & attracted huge numbers of skaters. The lanterns were made by Dylan Toymaker, and Edmonton  is still deciding how the freezeway will be lit this year.
