LISTEN: Edmonton Bus Driver Helps an Elderly Woman Carry Her Groceries Across the Street

This is incredible – an ETS bus driver has gone viral for helping an elderly woman carry her groceries across the street!

The action was captured in photo by Tian Liang, who was a passenger on the bus headed to university.  He said the woman approached the driver for help carrying her groceries, so the driver stopped the bus, got off, and carried the groceries with her to her house nearby.

I talked to Tian about what went down:

Tian said he wanted to post the photos to recognise such a great act of kindness, and to encourage others to do the same.
