Are you stoked for the Blink-182 reunion? Get ready for even more excitement, because Mark Hoppus is writing a memoir!

In a red carpet interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the musician revealed that he is “finalizing the deal” for a book after he began writing it earlier this year.

“I’m not that far into it yet but I’m writing a book about my life and experience in Blink and what I’ve gone through over the past year or so,” he explained. “We’re finalizing the deal and I’m really happy with the way that’s coming together. I’m excited to tell my story.”

The news comes one day after Blink-182 announced their reunion with Tom DeLonge. For the first time in nearly a decade, the band is back to its original lineup with a new song called “Edging” coming out Friday (October 14). A new album and tour will follow.

Blink-182’s new tour will take them across the globe beginning in March 2023, and includes five Canadian dates.
