On Tuesday, July Talk debuted their new album live at Toronto’s iconic Horseshoe Tavern. Following the show, the Canadian band officially announce their fourth studio record, Remember Never Before.

In addition to the announcement, the band released three new songs, including the lead single, “Certain Father”. The track features Spencer Krug (Wolf Parade, Frog Eyes, Sunset Rubdown) and embraces an extreme anti-melodic dissonance as it acknowledges the patriarchy upheld by society.

The other two songs are entitled “After This” and “Hold”.
