It’s been a busy year for Weezer. They’ve already released two albums, but they still have two yet to go.

On Thursday, the band shared a snippet of new music from their forthcoming SZNZ: Autumn album, which many fans compared to Tame Impala’s “Elephant”.

Speaking with New York Times, frontman Rivers Cuomo compared the album to Franz Ferdinand and The Strokes.

He said, “Autumn is dance rock, which is not something we’ve traditionally been able to get away with. It’s really hard to make it both dance and rock and Weezer. It’s very easy for that to turn into something that nobody likes.”

SZNZ: Autumn will be released on the first day of fall, on September 21.
