It’s no secret that the Red Hot Chili Peppers are fans of the Los Angeles Lakers, and last week, bassist Flea got to dribble alongside them.

Appearing during the halftime skills contest, Flea tried his best to make a trick shot. The Lakers shared the footage to their Twitter.

Flea shared on Twitter that he was “scared to death” to be out on the court. In a post to Instagram, he said, “I swear I usually drain that crazy ass behind the back through legs off hand layup!”

Red Hot Chili Peppers are expected to release a new album this year, with a new single arriving soon.
