Happy Cinco de Mayo! Since you can’t celebrate in a restaurant this year, The 3 Amigos have shared their recipe for Paraiso Paloma Oaxaca, a perfectly festive cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 grapefruit Jarrito
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 2 squirts of agave
  • Tajin
  • Ice

Paraiso Paloma Oaxaca Recipe:

  • Add orange and lime juices to mixing cup.
  • Add Mezcal, triple sec, agave, and ice. Stir to combine.
  • Wet drinking glass rim with lime juice and coat in tajin.
  • Add fresh ice to drinking glass. Pour in mixture.
  • Top off with grapefruit Jarrito.
  • Enjoy!
