New Music Discovery: Said The Whale - 'Honey Lungs'

Said The Whale are back! After taking time during the pandemic to write some new songs, the Canadian rockers have shared “Honey Lungs”.

The song is all about empathy. The band wrote the track around the same time they dropped off a festival bill as an act of solidarity with anti-racist groups. “It’s about using kindness as a way to approach difficult subjects,” says singer Tyler Bancroft. “As we’re fighting for change, let’s come from a place of trying to understand our fellow human beings.”

Said The Whale have not confirmed a new album.
