Fousheé (pronounced Foo-Shay, in case you were wondering) is one of many new artists who has been launched into popularity on TikTok… although the way she got there was little different. Rapper Sleepy Hollow used a sampling of her song “Deep End” in a freestyle song that became an instant hit, but she was uncredited on his track.

She released a video on TikTok proving she was the voice in the song, which succeeded in getting her the credit she deserves for her role in the hit.

Fousheé described her music as “airy vox and harmony paired with the angst of a very emotional Black Leo femme” in an interview with The Fader. Follow her on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
