The Umbrella Academy is officially renewed for another season

Netflix has officially renewed The Umbrella Academy for a third season.

Some of the cast members who’ve been confirmed to return include Tom Hopper, Ellen Page, David Castañeda, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, and Colm Feore.

Production is set to start in February of 2021, in Toronto. Season three is set to come out between 2021 and 2022, but no specific date has been announced. There will be 10 episodes, each an hour long.

Season 2 of The Umbrella Academy was recently recognized as the most-watched show streaming in its first week. With the success of the show, Netflix has also announced that new profile icons of the characters will be available for use with accounts.
