“My Own Soul’s Warning” is the latest single off their upcoming album Imploding the Mirage, following “Caution” and “Fire in Bone”.  Imploding The Mirage was supposed to be released on May 29th but has been postponed, like a lot of other albums, due to the pandemic.

The cover art for this single features a piece from artist Thomas Blackshear of the Crow Tribe of Indians, Indigenous peoples living on their land in southern Montana. The tribe gave their blessing to the band to use the painting saying:

“Artists living across the world inspired by our people and way of life, is a total honour and true testament of the knowledge our people share. During this unprecedented time due to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the injustices of police brutality around the world, our people recognize the need to also help keep our spirits positive”.

The Killers will also be playing a virtual concert as part of the Good Morning America concert series on Friday, July 31st.
