This month The White Stripes are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album De Stijl with a new vinyl pressing and the release of some exclusive footage.

A clip of the band’s very first live TV performance was posted on YouTube this week, “Live on Detroit Public TV’s ‘Backstage Pass'” from May 28th, 2000. The show happened right before the album was released in June.

You can watch Meg and Jack White play “Apple Blossom” and “Death Letter”.

De Stijl is also being celebrated with some funky new vinyl. It’s the Vinyl Me, Please 20th Anniversary Edition.

You can sign up to purchase one of the records HERE.
