This Friday, Post Malone will host a livestream concert tribute to Nirvana.

The show will broadcast from Post Malone’s home on his official YouTube page. A press release says he’ll “perform a set of Nirvana hits and fan favorites.”  For more info, fans can text 817-270-6440, a number Post Malone posted to social media earlier this week.

The livestream will raise money for the United Nations Foundation’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization. Google will match donations up to $5 million, with all proceeds going to the UN Foundation.

Post Malone is a well-known Nirvana fan, having covered “All Apologies” in the past. He has a couple Nirvana tattoos: on his knuckles, he has portraits of artists he’d admired since a young age including Cobain and he has “Stay Away” tattooed on his forehead as a nod to the Nirvana song of the same name.

Post Malone’s Nirvana tribute will take place this Friday at 4pm MST on YouTube.
