2020 has been a stellar year for 18-year-old Billie Eilish. We’re two months into the year, and she’s already won five GRAMMY Awards, performed at the Oscars, and become the youngest artist ever to write and a record the theme song for a James Bond movie.

So it only makes sense that she was once again a huge part of an awards show – this time at the BRIT Awards on Tuesday night in London. She performed her Bond theme No Time to Die live on television for the first time.

While accepting the award for International Female Solo Artist, she also opened up on how hard the pressure of being in the limelight really is.

“I’ve felt really hated lately,” Eilish told the audience. “When I was on the stage and I saw you guys smiling at me, it genuinely made me wanna cry. And I wanna cry right now, so thank you.”

This admission comes shortly after an interview with BBC, where she revealed that she’s had to stop reading Instagram comments, because the internet is ‘ruining [her] life’.
