André 3000 is walking the streets and playing his flute to the delight of fans

A few weeks ago, OutKast’s André 3000 was spotted laying down some sick flute beats in an airport.

Now, he’s taken his flute to the streets. He’s been spotted playing in Los Angeles, New York City and Philadelphia.
