This past weekend, Imagine Dragon’s frontman Dan Reynolds premiered his new documentary at Sundance Film Festival.

 

The film tackles the lack of gay-tolerance in Mormonism. As a Mormon himself, Reynolds teamed up with Neon Trees singer Tyler Glenn, who is an openly gay Mormon, to bring attention to issues they have dealt with personally from LGBTQ inclusion to mental health. Reynolds says, “I had tons of people who were like, ‘You shouldn’t talk about how we have, like, any issues with suicide. Let’s not talk about that.”
