LISTEN: Jack White Surprises Us With A New Song!!

Overnight Jack White hit us with a brand new song! It’s an instrumental song called ‘Battle Cry.’ Initially people thought it was for a new album…but it sounds like its for something else. Jack co-owns an independent sporting goods company called ‘Warstic.’ The song is used in a new promo film for Warstic. You can see that here.

According to Pitchfork, Third Man will also release “Battle Cry” for Record Store Day. A portion of its proceeds will go to The Well for Culture Institute, a Native American charity supported by Warstic.
