RIP Carrie Fisher

Sad news today. Carrie Fisher has died at age 60.

She suffered a heart attack on Friday (December 23rd) while on a flight from London to LA. She had been in critical condition in the hospital until she passed on the morning of December 27th.

Of course, she’s best known as her roll as Princess Leia. Her family released this statement:

“It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning,

“She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly. Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.”
