Canada is turning 149 years old and here are some ways you can celebrate.

• Hollerado is performing a free show (alongside The Royal Foundry and Cynthia Hamar) at West Edmonton Mall. Full details HERE.

• Big Wreck are performing FREE in Leduc.

• Fireworks will explode over the River Valley at 11pm.

Stacked show with Mitchmatic, Royal Tusk, Physical Copies (and more) play The Needle Vinyl Tavern. 

• TELUS World of Science celebrates Canada day with rockets, a circus and lasers.
• Art Gallery Of Alberta has FREE ADMISSION.
• LIVE music and family activities at Alberta Legislature 10am – 7pm.
• The Works (North America’s biggest free outdoor art & design festival) has free family activities.
• Fort Edmonton Park offers ‘a parade, toast to the Queen, sing Happy Birthday and take part in other royal activities.’
• Muttart Conservatory will have live music, Canada Day crafts and face painting in addition to their dope plants.
• City Hall will be hosting LIVE music and kids’ crafts until 4p.
